PK Okay Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the pk okay platform in any way — whether through the website at pk-okay.app or through the pk okay mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk okay.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pk okay platform. Continued use of pk okay after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

To use pk okay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk okay employee.

pk okay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard procedure and is not a reflection on any individual player.

When you register a pk okay account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person may hold only one pk okay account. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — pk okay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

• Keep your login credentials private and secure at all times.
• Do not share your account with any other person.
• Notify pk okay support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk okay accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All financial transactions on pk okay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk okay supports a range of local payment methods commonly used by Bangladesh players. The available methods are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your pk okay account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. pk okay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the Finance / Wallet section.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
• pk okay may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to withdrawal review.
• pk okay does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

pk okay reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if verification documents have not been provided as requested.

pk okay offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk okay. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on pk okay.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the pk okay platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk okay staff or other players.
• Accessing pk okay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

pk okay actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily restricted while the review is in progress. pk okay will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player.

pk okay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abusive behaviour toward pk okay staff or other players.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

You may close your pk okay account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

• pk okay is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• pk okay is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• pk okay's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits pk okay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
